Break the culture of silence. When you need to talk to someone talk. No need to be ashamed, everyone has one thing or the other they are going thru.
The Church says keep quiet and yet everyday there cases of DV and death resulting from it.
You will and can still make heaven without MRS/ MR label.
Stop living the life of pretence when you know all is not well and it is affecting your health. You will still make heaven when you flee a life threatening situation.
Remember those telling you to stay will not be there to take care of your children if it leads to your exit. You do not have to prove anything to ANYBODY. STOP THE PRETENCE BREAK THE SILENCE AND SHOUT FOR HELP!!!!!!!!
