Often times we treat betrayal as negative but honestly, I had often treated betrayal as someone holding a knife to cut me without being physical, not until this morning when God began to open my eyes to betrayals I have experienced and how He has always made it a blessing for me. I had often treated betrayal as someone holding a knife to cut me without being physical.
I remember in my journey, I have experienced betrayals ( oh so many) and it is amazing that God would always show me who and where the betrayal would come from. But one thing about betrayals that have come my way is the fact that the moment a betrayal occurs, God right away opens another door. So all the time my betrayals have always been a gift. Although at that very moment that it happens, I may not see it that way until something new happens.
I remember someone I was telling that the Lord showed me betrayal from the person’s end, this person kept saying “ Pst B if everyone betrays you, I will never.” Oh well, that betrayal happened just as I was shown.
But right when it happened God came in with a new thing.
So I want to encourage you today to begin to treat betrayals as a blessing: Hard, huh!!! But it is possible.
Joseph’s betrayal took him to a place of blessing.
Trust God that your betrayal will take you to your place of blessing too!!
I sit back and enjoy THE GIFT OF BETRAYAL!! Because it has always turned out to blessing for me!!
