We had our monthly retreat yesterday and while we were there , I heard the Holy Spirit say:

“ Women Arise.”

This led me to read about Deborah , a woman who arose when warriors had stopped going to war.

Judges 5: 7The inhabitants of the villages ceased, they ceased in Israel, until that I Deborah arose, that I arose a mother in Israel.

The warriors ceased; they failed to appear in Israel, until I, Deborah, arose; I arose [as] a mother in Israel.
Israel was oppressed for twenty years by the commander of the Canaanite army led by Sisera, under the authority of king Jabin. Warriors refused to fight, the armies of Israel failed , fighters ceased at that time too and there was no deliverance for Israel but ONE WOMAN AROSE!

Until Deborah commanded Barak to fight was there deliverance for Israel.
Deborah was a judge, a wife, a prophetess and a warrior who thought women to take their places and fulfill their potentials.

If we remember it was Deborah who gave Barak instructions about the battle, Barak wouldn’t do anything without Deborah following him.

I strongly believe God is saying that He will raise Deborahs from amongst us, women who will rise when others fail to, women who will rise when others cease.

I believe God is calling on some of us to take some positions and rise up to do His work, because at the time Deborah arose, the people who were fighting, the army of Israel had ceased.

At the time Deborah arose, there was strong need in Israel, her services were needed, her potentials and gifts were needed because there was no judge again at that time in Israel.

A lot of us are not taking our places and positions spiritually, professionally and even in the home base.

When women arise, homes are healed, husbands prosper, nations are healed, children take their positions . Women too will never remain the same.

Another woman that AROSE was Jael , the woman who nailed and the killed Sisera ( the etch enemy of Israel) .

Judges 4:21 Then Jael Heber’s wife took a nail of the tent, and took an hammer in her hand, and went softly unto him, and smote the nail into his temples, and fastened it into the ground: for he was fast asleep and weary. So he died.

I can mention more women: Esther ( who put her life on the line), Abigail did the same too,how about Rahab ( the prostitute who later made it to the lineage of Christ), Mary ( who poured the most expensive oil and anointed Jesus’ feet), Martha, Hannah ( who was sensitive to a need for a prophet in Israel and dedicated her unborn son Samuel to the service of God), Huddah the prophetess, Miriam the prophetess. We can go on and on.
Will you be part of the women who will arise in this generation without fear?

The world needs you!
The world needs your gifts.
The world needs your talents and potentials.

Women, will you arise?
Women, will you take your positions?
Women, will you stand up from your sleeping state?
Women, will you possess your possessions?

WOMEN, LET US ARISE BECAUSE HEAVEN HAS ENDURED AND EMPOWERED US FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS!!

I have made up my mind to arise!!! Come join me.

Blessings
