Translated to “golden joinery,” Kintsugi (or Kintsukuroi, which means “golden repair”) is the centuries-old Japanese art of fixing broken pottery with a special lacquer dusted with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. Beautiful seams of gold glint in the cracks of ceramic ware, giving a unique appearance to the piece.

Grace is what a lot of us enjoy!! The work of grace never ever stops . Grace takes what is broken and puts it back together in such a way that the broken part is never seen and turns it into a more glamorous and more precious vessel than it was before.

The world chose to label those who have been through stuff  as broken, and can never be fixed . If anything happens in the person’s life, the world will keep going back to the past, as though we all don’t have our pasts. Just because your past is covered or yet unnoticed doesn’t mean you don’t have a past.

But I have great news, God delights in taking the broken pieces of our lives and making them much more beautiful. So next time people refer to you you are broken, tell them you are UNBROKEN !!

Beautifully crafted and valuable in the sight of God you are!!!!
